User Responsibilities

User is solely responsible for the safety of their hardware, software and data in connection with usage of the App. User is liable for their actions in connection with usage of the App. The User is not permitted to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations , Use the App with any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, inflammatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and content for which the user does not have a legal right to, Use the App with any content that infringes any intellectual property of another party, Use the App for a commercial purpose, for example, without limitation, such as generating revenue, advertising or affiliate .To modify, test, decompile, disassemble, copy, or change the App in anyway, is strictly prohibited.. Respect the intellectual property of the provider, being copyrighted material, trademarks and related proprietary information. This includes, but is not limited to text, images, software, photo, video, graphics and sound.


The App may contain links to third-party website or resources. The user acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. The user acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from the use of any such websites or resources.


The Web Grapple app, Its Services and app content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, Web Grapple and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the app, Services and app content, including all associated intellectual property rights. The user will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the app, Services or app content.

Account Deletion/Suspension

We may suspend your account if you violate terms and conditions or fraud with the payment system. After deletion all your account info expect payment information will be deleted permanently but when suspended these information will kept on our server.


We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the app and Services . You may submit Feedback by emailing us.

Non Liability

We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary) in connection with the app. We do not take the responsibility of what you post on your facebook using our App. You are solely responsible for the content you post on your facebook pages.

Changes To this terms

We may amend this terms from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Statement in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Site or sending you an email.

Rate limiting

When you create schedule or add content you should keep in mind that facebook has rate limiting policy which limits the number of request that can be sent by an app on a user's behalf. If you create congested schedules your posts may be rate limited by facebook. We have no control on this limit. We suggest you distribute your schedules wisely throughout the day.

Payment terms

Pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees, all of which you are responsible for funding.

You can cancel subscriptions at any time on your account dashboard page.

When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the funding instrument you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store that funding instrument, along with other related transaction information.

If you enter into a transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased, we have no liability for the goods or services underlying the transaction. Our only responsibility is to handle your funding transaction. All funding transactions are final unless required by law. If you order something that becomes unavailable before it can be provided to you, you may request a refund of your funded amount.

Unlimited policy

Nothing in this world is truely unlimited. Our unlimited policy is designed to support users who want superior management and bulk posting to their facebook pages. We may limit the number of pages or schedules that you can create sometimes. This is to prevent destructive acts by few malicious users. But as we said the limit is enough for you to manage your business.

Ad post

The App may post, if you are a 'Basic' User, every 2 days an ad post to all pages where you have an active schedule. This ad post will get automatically deleted after 30 minutes. With registering as a the user acknowledge and agree this term.

Technical difficulties

If you experience a technical failure or interruption of service that causes your funding transaction or recurring payment to fail, you may request that your transaction be completed at a later time or ask for a refund. If you are refunded, the service for which the payment was made will be discontinued.

Service Interruption

We try hard to provide you with an uninterrupted service. However due to some inevitable reasons, we may experience service interruption (i.e. server issues, network problem etc.). We commit to address and fix the problem as soon as possible
